License and Usage Rights

Personal License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Commercial License

If a Commercial License is included with your purchase, you may additionally:

• Use AI Prompt Hub to create content for clients
• Charge clients for content created using the software

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your access to AI Prompt Hub
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Claim ownership of the software or prompt templates
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

Third-Party Services (Claude AI API)

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must obtain your own API key from Anthropic
• You are solely responsible for API usage costs charged by Anthropic
• You must comply with Anthropic's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
• We have no control over Anthropic's pricing, availability, or service quality
• We are not liable for any issues arising from Anthropic's services
• API availability may change without our control

Content Ownership

Your Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all content you generate using AI Prompt Hub. We make no claim to content created through your use of the software.

Our Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to:

• The AI Prompt Hub software and interface
• All prompt templates and their structure
• Training materials and bonus content
• Branding, logos, and trade names
• Any other proprietary materials

Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed through our authorized payment processors (e.g., WarriorPlus, PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate payment information
• Accept the pricing displayed at checkout

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on AI Prompt Hub. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason:

• Provide your order details and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Upon refund, your access to AI Prompt Hub and all bonus materials will be revoked.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• Any errors in the software will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for AI Prompt Hub.

Earnings Disclaimer

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limitless Passion Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of AI Prompt Hub
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate using the software

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AI Prompt Hub at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the software or services
• Non-payment or chargebacks

Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of AI Prompt Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Passion Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AI Prompt Hub shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Limitless Passion Ltd regarding AI Prompt Hub and supersede all prior agreements.
